Matt Hales is a Senior Project Manager at Tait in Lititz, Pa who has been in the entertainment industry for years now. He started performing and fell in love with the set design and tech behind the stage that is now one of the largest industries in the world and definitely the coolest new thing to hit Lancaster County at the Rock Lititz Campus.
Matt is here on his own accord to speak motivation and share stories. He does not represent Tait as a company he is here to give his life stories and inspire all of us to be BETTER.
