Lounging in Lancaster - John Marconi Chef at Lombardo's

John Marconi is the executive chef at Lombardo's on Harrisburg Pike in Lancaster. This past January they shut down to do a big renovation project and in the coming months are now set to re-open and relaunch with a new menu.

John gives us the history of Lombardos starting in 1946 and what they're trying to do new with keeping classics but pushing a new setting and scene for night life and culture in the city.
