I'm a shipping policy. I'm a great place to add more information about your shipping methods, packaging and cost. Providing straightforward information about your shipping policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy from you with confidence.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All returns must be requested within 7days of delivery and shipped back within 30days from date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping and if a refund is issued the cost of shipping will be deducted from that amount.
All requests must provide proof of sale. Refund amount OR store credit will be evaluated based on price paid (i.e.- if you used a promo code or purchased during a season sale it will be evaluated at the purchased price not actual MSRP.)
All returns will be inspected for damages. All returns must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment provided at time of purchase. Store Credit can be requested in place of a refund and credit can be applied towards a future purchase.
Exchanges will be evaluated on individual request basis to determine if the requested size is available for exchange.
